About Anthony Vidler
I am a final-year medical student based in Australia with a deep commitment to patient-centred care, surgical innovation, and equitable health delivery. My clinical training has taken me across diverse settings, from rural general medicine to Indigenous community health and orthopaedic placements.Through my medical degree, I have developed a particular interest in orthopaedics and the use of emerging technologies, including 3D-printed surgical aids and implants. I am driven to build a career that integrates clinical excellence with research and leadership, with a focus on improving access and outcomes for all patients.

Education
Doctor of Medicine - Charles Sturt University School of Rural Medicine.
I'm completing my medical degree at Charles Sturt University’s School of Rural Medicine, which is dedicated to training doctors who are ready to meet the unique challenges of regional and rural healthcare. The program’s strong focus on hands-on experience, small group learning, and community partnerships has given me early, meaningful clinical exposure and a deep understanding of rural health needs. I value how the school fosters cultural competence, close ties with local communities, and a commitment to improving access to care for rural and Indigenous Australians
